About the Role
This is an employed Remote Mortgage Advisor position offering a strong basic salary alongside uncapped earning potential. You will benefit from a consistent pipeline of pre-qualified enquiries, allowing you to focus on advising clients across residential, buy-to-let, and more complex cases without the pressure of generating your own business.
With no validation process and full administrative support, you’ll have the autonomy and efficiency to maximise your output and income from day one, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a steady flow of qualified clients
* Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion with support from a dedicated admin team
* Build strong relationships with clients, delivering a high-quality, personalised service
* Work across a range of cases including residential, buy-to-let, and more complex scenarios
* Maximise opportunities from both company-provided and self-generated business
* Collaborate with introducers including solicitors and other professional partners
Package & Benefits
* £35,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission structure
* Significant volume of high-quality, pre-qualified enquiries
* 50% commission on self-generated business, giving you full upside on any additional activity
* £50 referral fee for each solicitor-introduced case

Skills & Experience
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
* Strong knowledge of residential and buy-to-let mortgage products
* Experience handling complex or high-value cases is advantageous
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Driven, commercially minded, and focused on maximising opportunity
