We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Administrator to join a welcoming Primary School in the Pencoed/Bridgend area. This is a front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors, parents, and pupils in a warm and professional manner
*
Answering and directing phone calls
*
Managing emails and general office correspondence
*
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the school office
*
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
*
Assisting with basic school admin systems and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous school administration experience is desirable, but not essential
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Confident using IT systems
