 
        Newport Surgery is looking to appoint an experienced o perations manager to help lead our organisation on a full-time basis for 37 hours per week, over either 4 or 5 days. Key responsibilities will include; Lead with management of daily operations, including reception, admin, and scheduling. Assist the PM in compliance with CQC, NHS contractual obligations, and health and safety regulations. Monitor and help support delivery of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets. Assist in overseeing IT systems, telephony, and practice infrastructure. Help support service improvement initiatives, audits, and patient access planning. About the Candidate All applicants should have the following skills and qualifications: Strong operational or practice management experience (NHS or healthcare preferred). Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. Familiarity with EMIS, and performance reporting. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated, with a forward-thinking, solution-focused approach. The ability to develop, implement and embed policies, procedures and guidelines. Experience of working in an ever-evolving environment, with an ability to cope with regular change. Excellent organisational, management and planning skills, IT skills and communication skills. Ability to implement and manage change effectively. Ability to identify training and development needs in self and others.
