Salary: £27,500 - £37,500 per annum + uncapped commission

You'll join a high-performing team specialising in either Finance, HR, Marketing or Business Support recruitment for clients across the local market. This is a full 360 recruitment position, so you'll manage everything from business development to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates through business development, networking, meetings and cold calling
Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and social media
Conduct interviews, complete compliance checks, and manage offers
Proactively fill temporary vacancies and deliver exceptional service
Network locally to uncover new business opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For
