NonStop Care is currently working with a CQC-registered home in the Barnet area that is seeking a Care Manager to lead their 15-person care home.

They are open to candidates from Residential or Social Worker backgrounds for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a Residential Home ensuring efficient operation in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and the Statement of Purpose.
* Support staff to achieve high standards of care for residents.
* Coordinate and monitor casework and administrative functions, and evaluate performance standards.
