The impact you will have:
Your primary focus will be on executing and enhancing marketing campaigns and fine-tuning strategies to drive engagement within our enterprise target accounts and small to medium accounts. In addition, you will play a key role in managing and supporting events, crafting region-specific outreach and branding efforts, and effectively scaling new targeting approaches. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be an essential part of our broader demand generation and creative team.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do:
* Collaborate with the Marketing Director, internal stakeholders, and agencies to develop and execute multi-channel lead generation and thought leadership campaigns.
* Drive engaging top-of-funnel initiatives to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for small and medium accounts effectively.
* Create and enhance targeted campaigns to our enterprise segment, understanding and optimising touchpoints throughout the lifecycle
* Execute email campaigns, newsletters, drip sequences, blogs, and landing pages within the HubSpot platform.
* Work closely with internal and external partners to schedule captivating social media content calendars and impactful outreach initiatives.
* Partner with the design lead to create campaign assets maintaining brand consistency and resonating with the audience across the customer journey.
* Coordinate multi-functionally to design, implement, and optimise lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects efficiently.
* Utilise internal communication channels to create comprehensive campaign toolkits for sales and customer success teams, driving anticipation and engagement around campaign launches and key events.
* Organise and promote virtual and in-person events, including webinars, customer briefings, and networking events, managing planning and logistics.
* Identify and test new channels, messaging strategies, and creative assets to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
* Deliver regular performance reports, leveraging marketing analytics for insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.

Our ideal candidate has:
* Experience working cross-functionally to deliver high-performing integrated marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and measurement
* The ability to write engaging and effective marketing copy across a range of channels, including email, social media and website
* A strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and buying behaviours
* Experience in paid and organic social media, particularly LinkedIn
* Marketing automation experience, preferably Hubspot
* Experience of other marketing tools and technology, including Zoom
* Previous experience or knowledge of the crypto space or regulated sector
