The on target earning potential for this role is 32,479.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base salary of 29,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of 3,510 in gratuities and service charge*. RESPONSIBILITIES Serving a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and craft beers with precision and enthusiasm. Welcoming our guests with genuine warmth, big smiles, and great chat. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS We don't ask for much, just Previous bar experience is a plus-but personality is everything, we train you to be the best! A love for hospitality and connecting with people. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events. A team player with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude A strong knowledge of drinks and mixology is an advantage.
