Assistant Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale
Redhill based electrical wholesaler is looking for an Internal Sales / Assistant Branch Manager to join the team.
The role works Mon – Fri 45 hours and Saturday mornings on a rota.
The Assistant Branch Manager should be a hard‑working, enthusiastic, and sales/management orientated individual who believes in providing customers with the highest level of service and wants to be part of a growing business.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team.
* Negotiate prices with suppliers.
* Work on the trade counter.
* Oversee the management of the warehouse.
* Purchase goods for stock.
* Cover the duties of the Branch Manager when they are away from the office.
* Possibly manage a small amount of existing accounts, discussed during the interview.
Qualifications
* Experience working for an electrical wholesaler.
* Great team player.
* Excellent communication and good numeric skills.
* Excellent work ethic.
* Driving licence preferred.
The salary is 35k‑40k basic (higher for a stronger applicant) plus commission and benefits.
