To provide comprehensive administrative support and manage the coordination of administrative and ancillary support functions, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
The post holder will have line management responsibility for administrative, clerical, and support staff, and will coordinate the validation of all reports related to data quality and completeness.
The post holder will ensure that all local and national targets are met and will flag any issues that arise.
Main duties of the job
Ensure all systems and processes are adequate and effective in ensuring service users are received, treated, and discharged within nationally and locally agreed timeframes.
* Greet all service users in a patient-focused manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Implement systems to follow up on or discharge patients who do not attend, according to clinical advice.
* Ensure adherence to relevant Trust policies and procedures.

Shift times: Saturday (midnight to midnight), weekdays after 8pm and before 6am, all hours on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).

Person Specification
Qualifications and experience
* 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths
* Experience in an administrative role within a clinical setting
Management and technical skills
* Management experience of at least 2 years
* Familiarity with EPR systems
* IT qualification
