We are now seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As Duty Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on shift, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences at all times. * Be the go-to contact for our guests, handling requests, feedback, and challenges with professionalism and genuine care.
* Oversee daily operations — from check-in to check-out — creating a seamless, stress-free guest journey.
* Keep an eye on safety, security, and cleanliness across the property.
* Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
