Your new roleAs a Temporary HR Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will work closely with managers to support effective people management. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing absence cases and advising on appropriate interventions
2. Supporting employee relations matters
3. Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
4. Advising on HR policies and procedures
5. Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within education or the public sector
7. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
8. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills
9. The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
