3. Evidence of very strong classroom practice including the ability to plan and prepare high quality learning for all students;
4. A strong knowledge of working with children with Autism and other SEMH needs;
5. Excellent behaviour management;
6. A positive, proactive approach to all areas of school life;
7. An ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, parents and the wider community;
8. The ability to successfully challenge and address barriers which potentially stand in the way of pupil progress;
9. The desire to work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents and the local community to develop continuous improvement within the school and with the federation.
