Responsibilities
* Build relationships with Residents, which are open and two way
* Support Residents to undertake their daily routines
* Establish methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers when necessary
* Accurately report and/or record work activities
* Support with activities of daily living & personal care
* Assist residents with mealtimes where necessary
Candidate profile
* Experience working within a care environment
* A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience, kindness and good communication, a willingness to help others
* An open and honest character, respectful and celebrate diversity, connect with colleagues and residents to celebrate uniqueness
* The ability to be a natural caregiver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
