You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters with a particular emphasis on *probate work* (including both taxable and non-taxable estates). Manage a full caseload of private client matters, primarily probate and estate administration
* Advise on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, tax, and estate planning
* Ensure best-in-class client service, compliance, and regulatory standards
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 + years’ PQE (all levels considered)
* Strong experience in probate and private client work
* Excellent client-facing skills and commercial acumen
* Expert Team:* Work alongside specialists with STEP, TALL, and ACTAPS accreditations – plus a Court-appointed Panel Deputy.
