<div><h3>Area Service Delivery Manager</h3><p>Responsible for overseeing multiple engineers across multiple trades and Co‑op sites within a designated area, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.</p><p>Area covered: Bath to Reading and down to Southampton and Portsmouth.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise and mentor engineering teams within your designated area.</li><li>Interview, recruit, train, and develop engineering staff to enhance skill levels and performance, to the Co‑ops and Lancer Scott standard.</li><li>Drive engineering productivity and efficiencies for your allocated engineers.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews with Regional Account Managers to set objectives and provide training and development opportunities.</li><li>Manage, supervise, and monitor capital projects within the area as required.</li><li>Support costing from engineers and subcontractors, working with the Project Manager for capital projects.</li><li>Analyse current engineering processes and look for any improvements.</li><li>Monitor, train and support engineers to ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs in line with the SNR management report.</li><li>Drive change from Senior management instruction and become fully onboard with the changes implemented.</li><li>Ensure full adherence to Lancer Scott and Co‑ops Health and Safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Carry out regular audits to identify areas for improvement, H&S requirements. At least 2 on‑site visits per year for each engineer.</li><li>Work closely with FMBPs to ensure all site standards are met and the sites are compliant.</li><li>Serve as the initial escalation point for FMBPs.</li><li>Liaise with other subcontractors to ensure that they have joint visits arranged and booked for our CFMTs.</li><li>Track and analyse service performance using KPIs and reporting tools.</li><li>Use data provided to drive best performance and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Recognised trade qualification or management qualification in FM.</li><li>5+ years of experience in service delivery, operations management, or a similar role.</li><li>Proven leadership experience in managing teams across multiple locations.</li><li>Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent communicator at all levels, both internally and externally.</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunities employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.</p></div>
