About the Role
Were working with a well-established and respected accountancy practice in Kettering who are looking to add a Qualified Accounts Senior / Semi Senior to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice professional to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, working across accounts preparation, tax returns, and advisory work, while supporting managers and partners on a wide range of assignments.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare client accounts and tax returns from information supplied, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC deadlines.
* Liaise directly with clients to obtain information, answer queries, and build trusted relationships.
* Support Partners and Managers with tax planning and business advisory assignments.
* Identify opportunities for business and personal tax planning to add value to clients.
* Monitor your own workflow and productivity, meeting budgets and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Provide guidance and on-the-job support to trainees.
* Assist clients with bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, CCH).
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified or Semi Qualified
* Minimum of 23 years experience within an accountancy practice environment.
* Solid working knowledge of CCH, Xero, Sage Line 50and Farmplan.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills with a proactive and client-focused approach.
