Job Description
As the HR Advisor, you will report to the MD and take responsibility for the following areas:
* Implement and maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless experience.
* Support current and future business needs through employee engagement and development.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Support on all Employee Relations issues, up to and including dismissal.
* Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
* Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD, Ideally level 5
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
* Demonstrable experience supporting and leading on complex ER issues.
* Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems knowledge is a plus.
* Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
