Residential ConveyancerRotherhamUp to £45,000Full Time, Permanent About the Firm & Role: Our client is an established regional law firm specialising in several personal and business services including wills and probate, residential conveyancing, commercial property & litigation/PI. The firm have for years provided a professional and personal service to both clients and business locally and have a strong reputation within the area.You will be joining a professional yet friendly small team where everyone is appreciated for their involvement within the firm.The role: We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer who is comfortable managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload. It is not a prerequisite of the role that you have your own following although that would be an added benefit.You will be managing your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build purchases.About you:
* A proven history of working in a residential conveyancing role at a fee earning or qualified level
* Solicitor/Legal Executive/CLC qualification would be desirable but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail
