Role overview
We're looking for a talented, high-energy, social content creator to help tell our story, grow the Honest community through paid social advertising, and build the Honest brand across social channels. Ready to have your work seen by millions and make an impact on day one?
In this role, you’ll:
* Create thoughtful, attention-grabbing Meta and TikTok ads that you shoot, star in, and edit
* Brainstorm new ad creative ideas using customer interviews, reviews, surveys, and trends to inspire you
* Manage some actors, creators, team members, and influencers to create additional engaging and high-performing content
* Live and breathe TikTok and Instagram. Being on top of the latest trends, hypothesising about how you could apply them to Honest.
* Analyse the ads you produce, and hypothesise on how you could improve them using various data points
* Be building a career in one of the most important and fastest-growing areas in consumer marketing - creative strategy
About you:
* You have a passion for social media. You use it on a daily basis and have in-depth knowledge, including the best ways to utilise unique features for each social channel, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends.
* You have a love for creating engaging and impactful content, including videos, photos and graphic outputs
* You have strong video editing skills
* You’re comfortable getting hands-on and happy to be on camera and feature in videos
* You're always looking to grow professionally and learn new skills
* You're excited about growing Honest’s transparent, customer-centric, sustainability-focussed approach to thousands more people
* You're excited about working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup
* You care about sustainability and making our planet a better place
Even better if:
* You have experience using Adobe CC or Capcut
* You have experience producing TikTok or Meta ads for a consumer brand
* You have good data and analytical skills and have some experience reviewing paid and organic social performance metrics.
Interview process
* 30 minute interview with our Head of People & Impact (Fi) and Content Creator (Joel)
* Take home task
* 1 hour interview with our Head of Growth (Jack)
* 1 hour interview with our Founders (Andy and Josh)
