The Role
The Product Performance & Test Engineer will lead the setup and operation of a small-scale in-house testing facility. You'll take responsibility for designing test methods, analysing performance data, and ensuring products meet internal targets and international standards. Working closely with the wider product development team, you'll play a key role in driving improvements in efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

What's required of the Product Performance & Test Engineer?
Experience in a lab-based testing or product development role
A relevant degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar technical field
Familiarity with scientific testing methods, lab equipment, and data analysis
Experience with or interest in international standards (e.g., ISO, EN)
A self-starter with strong project ownership and communication skills
