Now, we're looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role:
As our new Admin Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting our brokers and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You'll be helping us deliver outstanding service from enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing client files and documentation
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to chase and update case progress
* Data entry across multiple systems
* Assisting with compliance checks and ensuring all paperwork is up to date
* General office duties (email correspondence, phone handling, filing, scanning)
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (mortgage or financial services preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset
* Quick to learn and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
* We are a pet friendly office so our ideal candidate would need to be happy around dogs
