Established in 2020, KP Law is a specialist litigation boutique, focusing on collective redress.
The firm has over 100 employees across offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool, representing over 250,000 individual clients across various cases in areas such as product liability, competition, worker rights, data breach and privacy, and financial services.
The firm’s ethos is to combine top legal talent with a robust operational and technological platform to enable clients to pursue cases that would otherwise be difficult against large corporations due to their wrongdoing. KP Law is uniquely owned and fully financed by a recognized UK litigation funder (Legatus Holdings). All cases are for claimants, conducted under contingent fee agreements, at no cost or risk to clients.
KP Law was ranked Tier 1 for Group Litigation: Claimant in The Legal 500 UK Guide 2024, and received accolades in 2023 including 'Litigation Boutique Firm of the Year' at The Lawyer Awards and Race Equality Initiative of the Year at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards.
