Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and advising on energy contracts, especially Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), procurement contracts, and energy supply agreements.
Proficiency with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute management in energy construction projects.
Knowledge of UK and EU energy regulations and policies, ensuring compliance across projects and contracts.
Experience in the Energy sector, particularly Oil & Gas, Renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen), LNG, and familiarity with Carbon Capture technology is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
