About the Role We’re looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor (or Employer’s Agent) with consultancy experience who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client service. You’ll lead and support a range of projects from early feasibility through to completion, acting as a key client contact and working alongside a team that values collaboration, personal development, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a variety of projects Act as Employer’s Agent on design & build schemes Manage cost planning, procurement, tendering, and contract administration Supervise and mentor junior team members and apprentices Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high standard of service Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and quality standards About You You’ll bring a mix of strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
