Job Description
A well-established full-service law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (NQ) to join its growing corporate team in Lancashire.This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to gain exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, and refinancing. Working closely with experienced partners, you will support a diverse client base of SMEs, owner-managed businesses and regional companies.This role offers genuine responsibility from day one and an excellent platform for developing a long-term career in corporate law.The Corporate Solicitor (NQ) will be:
3. Assisting with M&A transactions, including company sales and acquisitions
4. Supporting on joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate restructures
5. Advising on refinancing and corporate governance matters
6. Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation and transaction agreements
7. Working closely with partners on a range of regional corporate matters
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate NQ Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 0-1 years PQE
9. Experienced during training in corporate, commercial or company law matters
10. Interested in developing a career in corporate law and M&A transactions
11. Commercially minded with strong communication and drafting skills
12. Able to work effectively within a collaborative legal team
