Data Administrator Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Data Administrator for our HMP Norwich psychosocial substance use service. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative and data processing support to the HMP Norwich Phoenix Futures team. The role is instrumental in ensuring the service is able to provide effective psychosocial substance use support in a complex and fast-paced environment. Service Area: Norfolk & Suffolk Services Town: Norwich Status: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Total Salary Pro-Rata: £24,637 Closing Date: 21/09/2025 Vacancy Reference Number: 3949 As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the data infrastructure within the service. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the staff team at HMP Norwich, including data collection and analysis. About you: Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills and initiative, with clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. Key tasks include using systems to create and maintain databases, documents, and correspondence, attending and taking minutes at meetings, and maintaining digital filing and case management systems. The successful applicant will use NDTMS to submit service data and prison systems to access relevant prison information for client care.
