Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding Estate Agency based in Inverness as a Property Administration Assistant. Exceptional customer service skills together with great attention to detail and adequate computer skills are required for this role.
Experience in the property industry would be preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
* Handle incoming calls and answer property related enquiries and schedule viewing appointments.
* Maintain a strong rapport with clients and property purchasers.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
* Assist in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to ensure an organised office environment.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
