Job Title: Distribution Lead – Circet Energy (UK)
Location: Primarily office-based (with regular travel to sites and client meetings across the UK)
Reporting to: Manging Director
About Circet
Circet is an international infrastructure services provider, delivering large-scale network build and maintenance across telecoms and energy sectors throughout Europe.
In the UK, Circet is rapidly scaling its Energy business—building capability across electricity networks and related infrastructure to support increasing demand from network operators and the wider energy transition.
Backed by strong investment and an established delivery platform, the business is focused on growing its presence across the UK through a combination of delivery excellence, client partnerships and targeted expansion.
Job Purpose
To lead and grow Circet Energy’s UK Distribution portfolio, taking responsibility for securing framework positions, developing client relationships and driving operational excellence.
A key part of the role is expanding the work we already deliver for existing clients, including NPG, ESB and NIE, while also securing new opportunities across mainland UK. You will establish a delivery model that works—combining in-house capability with trusted subcontractors—to enable safe, efficient and scalable delivery.
Drawing on your distribution experience, you will lead the bidding process, ensuring that what we price can actually be delivered. This means building strategies and cost assumptions that reflect real-world constraints such as outages, wayleaves, consents and network capacity.
This role requires a balance of delivery experience, technical competence and commercial awareness. You will play a central role in shaping how Circet grows in the UK distribution market, with direct responsibility for securing work and project delivery.
