The Role
As Logistics Coordinator, you'll support the day‑to‑day movement of shipments and ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from booking through to delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating domestic and international shipments
* Liaising with customers, carriers and internal departments
* Monitoring deliveries and resolving operational issues
* Handling freight documentation and shipment updates
* Supporting customs and compliance processes
* Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Maintaining accurate operational records and systems
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport or supply chain would be advantageous
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
