Microsoft D365 Finance Architect
Hybrid (UK / European Travel)
We’re partnered with a leading international Microsoft consultancy launching a new Microsoft Practice across Europe. Backed by a £5m+ project pipeline and led by respected Microsoft ecosystem experts, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth D365 initiative.
We’re hiring D365 Finance Architects to help define the blueprint for success—technically, strategically, and culturally.
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing enterprise-scale D365 Finance solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead solution architecture across multi-country implementations, define best practices, delivery methodologies, and reusable frameworks to enhance delivery quality.
Beyond technical leadership, you’ll mentor consultants and shape the functional capability of the practice. Working with senior stakeholders across Europe, you’ll drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure technology aligns with business goals. This is more than delivery—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a new consulting division.

What We’re Looking For

* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions.
* Experience in Management Consultancy / Big 4 environments.
