About the role
As a Lidl Store Manager you will take ownership of your store, keep customers happy and develop and inspire your team. You will lead from the front and guide the store to success, hitting targets, solving problems and championing your team to reach their full potential.
What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values

* Manage and improve day‑to‑day operations and store KPIs
* Optimize processes and solve problems to keep the store running smoothly and focus the team on their tasks
* Ensure excellent customer service for every shopper
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills
* Pride in offering unmatched support to customers and team through every shift
* Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations
* Confidence to monitor, manage and improve the store’s key performance indicators
