Purpose of Role:
The Assistant Operations Manager’s purpose is to support the Head of International Office, Deputy Head, and the existing Operations team in coordinating and administering ACI’s productions and artist performances internationally, ensuring high standards aligned with the company's aims.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration of artist and promoter contracts in liaison with the Operations Manager and legal department in Tokyo.
* Coordination of marketing and promotional materials, analysis of weekly ticket reports, approval of concert programmes, and providing promotional support.
* Collaborating with external technical partners and updating production riders.
* Booking and contracting artists and production staff.
* Assisting with project budget management.
* Arranging travel, visas, work permits, and organizing tax forms for artists and staff.
* Creating detailed tour itineraries.
* Managing technical and production elements, rehearsals, performances, artist welfare, and logistics.
Additional responsibilities include supporting accounts, updating records, managing social media and website content, marketing, and assisting in new production development.
Skills and Behaviours:
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Minimum of three years’ experience in concert, artist, event, or production management.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Experience in a fast-paced multinational environment preferred.
* Languages and marketing skills are advantageous.
* Proactive, responsible, respectful, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
