Role Overview: We are looking for an understanding and patient female Home Support Worker to support a lady who is has challenging behaviour and Epilepsy in the Scunthorpe area. Experience is not essential since you will be provided with full training and on-going support. Responsibilities: Provide support with personal care, hygiene and any other health needs where necessary. Administer or prompt medication when required. Offer emotional support and reassurance. Assist with meal preparation and domestic tasks. Encourage sufficient hydration and nutrition. Skills: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in providing quality care. Benefits: Hourly rate £12.50 to £13.46 (Enhanced pay at weekends and double-time on bank holidays).
