Territory Development Manager UK – Medical Equipment

The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Territory Development Manager to drive lead generation, grow our customer base, and support our UK launch. If you’re experienced in healthcare sales and love building relationships, this is your chance to join a global brand at the start of its UK expansion.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and manage new business leads
· Build relationships with dental and surgical professionals
· Identify and nurture new business opportunities
· Recommend products tailored to client needs
· Track leads and client interactions in our CRM
· Work closely with marketing and sales teams
· Represent Admetec UK at trade shows and industry events
· Meet and exceed performance targets
Ideal Candidate
· 3+ years of sales experience within the dental and/or surgical environment
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong planning and analytical skills
· Self-motivated and organised with strong time management skills
· Knowledge of the dental or medical equipment market
· Professional and confident presence
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
