About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Sales Manager to lead our internal sales
operations. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for managing a team of 15+
internal sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management,
sales process improvement, and customer relationship development.
You will play a vital role in developing and executing internal sales strategies, coaching your team to
achieve targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across all interactions.
Please note: This is an office-based role and does not include a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of internal sales professionals.
• Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and results-driven team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement internal sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to improve team performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and external sales teams on and campaign
follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure a high standard of customer service across all client interactions.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support key account management and build long-term customer relationships.
Operational Improvement
• Streamline internal sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Use CRM systems and reporting tools to track sales pipeline and forecast performance.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong mindset and a passion for leadership. You will
need to be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, team-oriented
• Proven experience managing internal sales or office-based sales teams (15+ people).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience developing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Desirable (but not essential):
• Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or industrial/ sectors.
