About the Role This role primarily focuses on the management of student behaviour and consequences within the academy. Key duties include communicating with parents regarding student behaviour, sanctions, and exclusions, as well as administering appropriate sanctions. The post holder is responsible for organising supervision and work for students in the Consequences Room, monitoring their progress and behaviour, and actively promoting and safeguarding student welfare.
