Job Overview:
To support all aspects of Engineering for Project Spectra, CR and Engines Relocation and Integration, compiling the required Engineering documentation, transposing technical information and processes. Ensure that all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and inline with all quality requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Engine Line Relocation from an Engineering standpoint Support transfer of equipment Support set up of facilities Support FAI and Audit process Design and manufacture of tooling and equipment
2. Support the EASA Capability efforts from a Engineering standpoint Engineering Data – Amend, format and update as required Data entry into Navixa, QMS and other systems as required Extraction of relevant data from IPC, PTP and other systems as required
3. Updating of project plan and other project documents
4. Attend meetings where required and produce minutes when necessary
5. Ensuring all engineering changes are fully traceable and auditable
6. Proactively seek to improve internal process to ensure the delivery of quality solutions;
7. Adherence to our Business Management Systems (BMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals
8. Carries out special projects as assigned
9. Carries out other duties as assigned
Organisational Relationships:
10. Reports to the Project Manager – Spectra
11. Works alongside Project Team and Programme Engineering Teams
12. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Engines BU Operations team
13. Participates in projects as a team member
Job Requirements:
Education and Training:
14. Engineering Apprenticeship; (d)
15. Engineering background (e)
16. Advanced use of Business Systems (e) (H+S IPC/VAIL Navixa)
17. Competent with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, be sufficiently IT literate to acquire knowledge of other computer software used throughout the engine business; (e)
18. Strong planning, organisational, analytical, decision making, oral and written communication skills; (e)
19. Awareness and implication of the regulations and regulatory requirements of the aerospace industry, or other heavily regulated industry (e)

21. Proven project management skills and tool-kit; (e)

Technical Requirements:
27. Experience in an aircraft component maintenance, repair and overhaul organisation (e)
