Are you an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in South Devon?
This role offers the flexibility of predominantly remote working, combined with occasional office attendance for team meetings, collaboration days and client requirements. The firm has an excellent reputation for family law and continues to attract a strong pipeline of privately funded work.
Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters

\Private Family Law Work Includes
\Financial settlements and ancillary relief
Private children matters
Child arrangements orders
Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Chartered Legal Executive
Minimum 3 years PQE or equivalent experience in family law
Proven experience handling private family law matters independently
Able to attend court hearings and occasional office meetings when required
Existing local contacts, professional network or client following would be advantageous, but not essential
