Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support SEN primary schools across Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work during school hours while making a real difference in children’s lives.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH).
* Supporting learning activities both inside and outside the classroom.
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and interventions.
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
* Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school-based, care, youth work, nursery, or similar).
* Experience supporting SEN is desirable but not essential.
* A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Availability during school hours.
* Able to start ASAP.
