Job Overview
As a Partnerships Associate, you’ll be the face of the organisation across GP practices and PCNs. Your mission is simple: make it easy for clinicians to refer patients who would benefit from high‑quality weight‑management and lifestyle support.
* Build relationships with GP practices and PCNs
* Deliver education sessions and present at meetings
* Drive referral volume across your territory
* Share on‑the‑ground insights to inform strategy
* Manage your territory independently and professionally
To be successful
You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidence presenting to clinicians, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* At least 1 year experience of medical sales or a clear desire to excel in this industry
* Experience working with GP practices or NHS settings
* Understanding of PCNs, referral pathways and practice operations
* Strong organisation and autonomy
* CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ideal experience in digital health or NHS commissioning
* Ideally have knowledge of obesity pathways
