Job Vacancy: Academy Operations & Administration Coordinator We are pleased to announce that we are currently looking for an Academy Operations & Administrator Co-Ordinator for our Training Academy in Knutsford. This role would suit an individual who is very proactive, enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our Academy runs smoothly day-to-day, while supporting the apprenticeship journey from application to completion. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Coordinate internal apprenticeship application processing with the careers team. * Verify apprentice eligibility in line with DfE Apprenticeship Funding Rules. * Process apprentice applications through to the enrolment pipeline. * Oversee the Academy office environment, post handling, and supplies. * Manage the training room diary, training admin mailbox, and incoming queries. * Welcome and host visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception. * Liaise with maintenance providers and arrange office-related orders. * Provide direct support to Senior Management, including minute-taking and reporting. * Order and maintain stock of office and training materials. * File apprentice certificates into online evidence packs and arrange their posting. * Organise internal events, meetings, and catering requirements. * Represent the Academy with professionalism and positivity at all times. * Carry out general administrative duties as required. Ideal applicants will possess: * Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner with the ability to work as part of a busy team as well as using your own initiative. * Excellent communication skills. * Self-motivated, calm and professional whilst working in a busy office environment. * Good ICT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Accuracy in updating records with tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality (GDPR). * Experience working in apprenticeships and knowledge of the DfE apprenticeship funding rules is advantageous but not essential. * Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle.
