Job Title: PPC Manager
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 DOE
Reports to: Head of Digital / Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a PPC Manager to take ownership of paid search and paid media performance across multiple campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about driving measurable results through PPC.
You’ll manage campaigns end to end — from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting — and play a key role in growing acquisition and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across:
* Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
* Microsoft Ads (Bing)
* Paid Social channels where relevant (Meta, LinkedIn)
* Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies
* Monitor and optimise performance daily to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend
* Implement and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
* Run A/B tests across ads, keywords, audiences, and landing pages
* Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with SEO, content, and wider marketing teams to align campaigns
* Stay up to date with PPC best practices, platform updates, and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–5+ years of hands-on PPC experience
* Strong experience with Google Ads (essential)
* Experience with Microsoft Ads and/or Paid Social platforms
* Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI
* Confident analysing data and making optimisation decisions
* Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* E-commerce or lead generation experience
* Paid Social experience (Meta or LinkedIn)
* Experience managing larger monthly budgets (£10k+)
* Google Ads certifications
