Your insights will help teams meet the Government's Digital by Default Service Standard and design services that deliver real value to users. You'll also contribute to our analyst community of practice, helping define standards, share best practice and solve problems collaboratively. What skills, knowledge and experience will you need? An affinity for meaningful measurement You're confident developing performance frameworks that go beyond numbers, connecting KPIs, goals, and user needs to the actual value a service delivers. You're familiar with the Government's Digital by Default Service Standard and know how to support teams in meeting it. Clear, useful data storytelling You can build dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that make data easy to understand and act on. You know how to tailor insights to different audiences and keep things focused on what matters. Strong SQL and data handling skills You regularly use Google BigQuery, writing custom SQL to join datasets, run calculations, and feed dashboards with reliable, well-structured data. A commitment to shared learning You're keen to contribute to a strong performance analysis community, helping shape common standards, sharing ways of working, and supporting others to grow. Details.
