Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations across our supply chain and sales order processes, with a particular focus on flooring raw materials and cleaning equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Processing:
* Manage stock checks and order flooring raw materials.
* Raise and track purchase orders using Microsoft Business Central.
* Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses.
* Receive and process materials and assembly orders.
* Print and manage warehouse labels and sample preparation.
* Support monthly stock takes and weekly IBC decanting.
Sales Order Processing (Cleaning Equipment):
* Process incoming purchase orders and raise sales orders in Business Central.
* Order and receive cleaning equipment and parts.
* Update customer portals and manage dispatch logistics.
* Handle customer communications, complaints, and warranty issues.
Training on Business Central will be provided if needed.

* Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus (but not essential).
* Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and customer service teams.
