Deafinitely Theatre is looking for a Wellbeing Facilitator to support our BSL in Performance short course, delivered at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama this summer.
This role is about supporting participants to feel confident, supported, and able to do their best creative work.
The Wellbeing Facilitator will:
* lead short daily wellbeing check-ins
* be available to talk with participants during the day
* help create a positive and supportive environment for everyone on the course
* support the course team with any other tasks related to participant wellbeing as required
We are looking for someone with experience supporting wellbeing and who is BSL Level 3 or a native BSL signer. As a deaf-led theatre company, we particularly encourage deaf and hard of hearing people to apply.
Applications close Thursday 9 April at 5pm, with interviews on Zoom on Tuesday 21 April.
