Sales Manager (Asset Management) - UK Based - £70-90k- £40k OTE (Exclusive)
About the Company:
The company is a well-established vendor of industrial software, including MES, SCADA, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.
About the Role:
The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategies by scheduling and assigning tasks to team members and following up on results.
* Maintain and update the company CRM with contact, opportunity, and activity information.
* Demonstrate technical understanding of products and services to customers.
* Adjust selling prices based on costs, competition, and market demand.
* Organize sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
Analytical mindset, leadership, team player, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Industrial Software/Automation.
