Pastoral Support – Graduate RoleFull Time A well-regarded secondary school seeking a graduate to join their pastoral team. This role involves supporting the well-being and pastoral care of students across Key Stages 3 to 5, working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils.Key Responsibilities: Provide daily support for the well-being and pastoral care of students. Assist in the development and implementation of pastoral programmes. Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student welfare. Candidate Profile: A recent graduate with a strong academic background. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
