Responsibilities:
1. Assist with processing insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and letters with a friendly demeanour.
3. Provide information about our products and services to help our members.
4. Maintain excellent communication and relationships with our valued customers.
5. Multi-task effectively while paying close attention to detail.
Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
6. Preferable experience in the insurance industry.
7. Strong communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.
8. Self-starter who meets or exceeds deadlines.
9. High levels of integrity and self-motivation.
10. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to quickly learn about new industries and apply knowledge.
12. Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
