Role: HR Generalist - Permanent - Antrim Job Overview VANRATH are proudly supporting a growing business in Antrim, to appoint an experienced HR professional who will play a key part in taking control of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and recruitment. Key Details: Salary: Up to £37,000 + Bonus Full time, Permanent Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day guidance on policies and procedures, maintain and update documentation, and support initiatives promoting inclusion and wellbeing. Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes. Organise and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive working environment and culture. Offer initial support on routine employee issues, assist with formal processes, and maintain confidential records. Ensure timely and accurate updates to payroll-related information and respond to queries regarding benefits and entitlements. Maintain accurate system records, ensure documentation complies with legal standards, and assist with audits and reporting tasks. Essential: CIPD Level 5 with a minimum of one year's experience in a generalist HR role, OR at least two years' experience in a similar position. Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR best practice, and experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end. Proficient in maintaining HR information systems and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Self-motivated, personable, and adaptable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently or as part of a team, on-site as required, with flexibility to meet business needs.
