About the Role

Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay: Up to 13.50 (INC TRONC) plusGenerous Company Benefits Training & Development

Contract: Permanent / Full Time / 40hrs per week

About You

Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar, looking for the next step in your career.


Responsibilities

* Face of the restaurant and bar, controlling flow and communication with kitchen and management.
* Ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.
* Work flexible shift patterns, especially evenings and weekends.
* Assist in training and development of staff.
* Support internal progression to Head of Department positions.


Qualifications

* Key skills: Asset Management, Data Management, Fire, Jboss, Accounts Payable, Application Support.
* Experience: Full‑time, years needed (not specified).
* Employment type: Full‑time.
